VSD Enterprises is committed to delivering your 3D printers, scanners, and custom-fabricated parts in perfect condition and on time. We partner with reputed national couriers and specialized logistics providers to ensure safe handling of sensitive technical equipment.

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

Custom 3D Printing / Prototyping: Production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the complexity and volume of the design. Shipping occurs immediately after quality inspection.

In-Stock Hardware (Printers/Scanners): Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

Pre-Order / Industrial Machinery: Lead times for industrial-grade equipment vary by manufacturer (typically 2–4 weeks). Our team will provide a specific timeline upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These will be visible at checkout.

High-Value/Heavy Machinery:For industrial 3D printers and large equipment, shipping may be quoted separately to include specialized handling, crating, and transit insurance.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹5,000 across India (excluding heavy machinery).

3. Delivery Timelines (Pan-India)

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

Remote Locations: May take up to 10 business days depending on courier access.

4. Tracking & Communication

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

5. Handling & Damage During Transit

Packaging: We use industrial-grade, multi-layer packaging (and wooden crates for heavy hardware) to protect against transit vibrations.

Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage before signing the acknowledgment.

Damage Claims: If the item arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos and contact us at info@vsd3d.com within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the logistics partner and initiate a replacement or repair.
